Terrie Rockwell worked with me in selling my house and did an excellent job. She answered all of my questions quickly and completely, checking in with her office for the more obscure questions. I always felt I could trust the information and she worked hard to get my house on the market and then sold quickly. She went above and beyond by helping make the necessary work done happen with an electrician and other workers. Feather River Properties, and Terrie specifically made selling my house easy and fast and I got what I needed in terms of time and price.

In my opinion, Feather River Properties is the best Property Management Company in Oroville, CA. It has been family owned for many years from Shirley Witcher to her grand daughter Kristyn Marquez. They are kind to their tenants and owners and when something goes wrong, they are on top of it and get it fixed.
They are also very knowledgeable and are great at selling homes and land as well. I have been in there many times when other clients would go into the office and say how much they loved it in there and how nice and friendly the broker and agents were.

I rented from Feather River Properties for two years and it was a really good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, everytime I paid rent it was nice to stop by and chat with them. If I had a concern or problem they handled it promptly and checked in after to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated their courteous manner and professionalism and would highly recommend them.

Terry Rockwell was our realtor there and she did an outstanding job. The sale was during a very difficult market and she was always able to be reached and was very understanding and patient with us during a time that was extremely difficult for us. We highly recommend her.

This was the least professional reality company I have ever dealt with in my life. The employees were rude and unwilling to help. One woman even raised her voice and tried to pick a fight with me about my pets. I kept trying to tell her I don't own a pit bull, yet she kept on and on about how bad they were and they wouldn't rent to me because my dog must be a pit bull. (No, they never even saw a picture or met my dog.) I gave up trying to have a conversation with this woman and just walked out. Rudest customer service I think I've ever encountered. I had only gone in to the office to try and see the rentals after my phone calls hadn't been returned in days. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

Brad White together with Pam Horn of Evergreen Home loans ,you get one gotta get the other.I wouldn't own my home,not even close if it weren't for Brad and Pam.They will financialy street fight for you!
