Amy is a major player in the real estate business, knows everyone, has all the contacts, a consummate professional, an expert in her field, and goes that extra mile to make sure her client gets the best possible result. Over the past 30 years I've worked with a variety of different realtors. Amy is the most responsive and hardest working one I've met. I met Amy at an open house and instantly liked her. I currently had a realtor, but I could tell that Amy really wanted to work for my wife and I and earn our business and she had a ton of real estate knowledge. After meeting Amy, we decided to take the house that she was showing and list our house as well. Within days of talking with Amy she had her house on the market and within a week had offers coming in. We were able to sell our house and move into our other house within 40 days of meeting Amy. Amy is an amazing person and realtor. A few years ago she helped me purchase a home. I called her back to sell that home. She had that home SOLD in a week! After looking at several dozen homes ( I thought she was getting tired of me, as we had looked at so many homes, and did not find any). Amy is a very professional realtor. She helped me to be accountable as the property seller by making sure that I got my property in good condition for viewing. She hired a great videographer to take professional images of my property for marketing purposes. She communicated with me very well regarding offers from potential buyers and weighing out my options. It didn’t take too long before she had my property sold. She walked me through every step of the way. I’m super grateful to her. And I love Following her Instagram page because she always has great information and helpful tips about the housing market to share.
