Andres has gone above and beyond for myself and my family! He is professional, kind, caring and has a way of explaining things where you feel comfortable! He responds to every text, email and call in a timely matter. I have never had a property manager but if you are looking for one or a real estate agent you are in the best hands!!! He will keep you updated on all aspects of your property and guide you through finding tenants and upgrading your property, if need be. I am a 30 year Navy veteran who retired in 2018. I had not lived in my parents' house since 1984 and after my parents passed away in 2020, I became acutely aware that I would need PMI Properties' expertise to manage the property in NY as I live in FL.

When I reached out to PMI Properties, Andres came to the rescue. He described the full range of services that could be provided and promptly answered all my questions. He came to the house and we walked through the property as we discussed things that would need to be done to prepare it for rental or eventual sale.

After I went through the house and removed personal effects and memorabilia, Andres took care of the rest - and I mean that in every sense of the word. He contracted for junk removal, interior renovation, exterior landscaping - all while keeping me informed, sending me e mail updates complete with "before and after" pictures. Not only was the transformation completed in record time, it was done professionally with a documented budget and with a complete understanding of the financial aspect of what it would cost.

You have to understand that this is a 52 year old house that had "good bones," but had not been renovated in decades. Hardwood floors were hidden beneath carpets. The front yard and backyard had heavy overgrowth - I'm talking bushes in the front yard that had grown untrimmed since 1977! The backyard had 50 foot spruce trees whose branches had grown so much that the shade had killed any grass growing beneath. Even after I had removed tools and various items from the garage, it was still full! Suffice to say, the junk removal crew had their hands full!

Once I gave Andres the execute order and turned over keys, he was in action immediately. To give you an idea of how fast this happened, junk removal started on June 9, 2020 and renovations started soon after. The property was listed in MLS for rental on July 14, 2020 and renters signed a 12 month lease for immediate occupancy starting August 1, 2020.

As with many things in life, good results come from great people. This wouldn't have been possible without Andres' expertise and deep experience in all aspects of property management. Most importantly, his kindness and compassion was heartfelt and his integrity throughout the process was impeccable. As an absentee landlord, I am 100% confident that Andres represents my interests simply because that's exactly what he has done faithfully over the past 18+ months. He'll do the same for you and represent your interests impeccably.
