Wonderful location, comfortable "home" (I rented an apartment), and incredibly caring and attentive staff. From move in to move out and everything in-between... it was grand! Honestly, I never had anything that needed to be repaired or replaced and when I moved in the space was clean and in great condition. Everything was always in working order. Also, the property manager really knew how to choose the residents. I believe I have friends for life (both neighbors & Natoma Company staff members). Move out was a breeze! Thanks Katie & Sean!

We lived at a property managed by The Natoma Company for nearly 4 years, we decided to transfer into an upgraded community because we had no issues at Sunridge. Despite the apartment having no amenities Ava was responsive and empathetic during our residency there. Including, when our apartment was unexpectedly inhabitable due to the exterior wall retaining moisture. We had to transfer units within the property and our management was understanding as well as helpful.

Unfortunately, management at both properties has proven to be vastly different. Our move into Agustawoods Duplex was to say the least anxiety producing. The manager has been rude in nearly every interaction with myself including via email. There is no reasonable expectation for follow up; even after emailing The Natoma Company directly no oversight from a supervisor.

We paid the deposit and were provided a move-in date only for that date to come and go with no actual explanation or timeframe for the move. The manager felt we would be ok with this since we were not homeless. Each time I requested a date to move so we could prepare our home etc. the manager would tell me she "isn't 24/7" or "if you don't want the unit" naturally this is upsetting, nobody pays a full months rent for a deposit and "doesn't want the unit".

I cannot stress enough how understanding and helpful Ava at Sunridge was during this time, she is the only reason we learned what the issue was and intervened on our behalf.

That said we love the unit and decided to proceed with the move. We pay our rent and mind our business so we are hoping our time here is without incident. Overall The Natoma Company is efficient but can use some customer service training for some of their managers.

What a professional property management company. The manager Gene at McKinnon apartments was so helpful and made my move experience the best it can be! While I was viewing the apartment I was able to meet the maintenance technician and he made me feel right at home with a welcoming smile and let me know that if there was anything I needed not to hesitate to call. Natoma Company exceeded my expectations of a move in and would highly recommend any of their properties to anyone!

Enjoyed living at McKinnon Apartments. Wish I didn't have to move, but unfortunately, we began to outgrow the apartment with a baby on the way. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Property manager keeps the property well kept and safe. Never had to worry about safety or cleanliness. The neighbors are also very friendly!

I lived in my current apartment for 3 years. The Natoma Company was always a pleasure to deal with. Any time I had issues, they were always quick to respond. Repairs/maintenance was done within 24hrs usually for the few times I needed them. If I wasnt moving for work, i would continue renting.

Will update accordingly. This mangment took over my apartment complex at 2618 28th street about a month ago. Never had an issue before with the other company till now. They lost my first check through their own delivery system, didn't notify me till 7 days before the month was up. I wasn't worried and wrote a new check, along with the keys. Since my lease was up and i was to be out and moved by the 30th. Dropped of the new month check along with keys to their dropbox. Since it was close to closing time and called ahead to as if its okay. Just found out they lost the keys and my check. And are proceeding to blame me. I have never never had an issue before. So glad I took a friend and took a picture for both drop offs as evidence. I hope this will be resolved soon.
