Sima 100% puts her clients first. We needed to sell a rental, and as you can imagine, it was in rough shape. She sent over her own gardener, helped to clean up and fix up the house, oversaw the remodel, went to Home Depot to buy appliances for me (we reimbursed her of course), helped to clean up the house, and worked hard to sell the home for a great price. I don’t know any real estate professionals that would go so far above for their clients. She got us the best price possible. She’s great!
