If anyone is looking to buy a home or know someone who is, I strongly recommend Taylor Aksland! He was so awesome! Probably one of the kindest people I know. I told him our timeline to buy was 1 month to 1 year and he was patient and ready to help when we were ready to pull the trigger. There was very little to no stress in the whole home buying process. (The waiting and the signing was the worst of it, but part off the process.) Taylor would call us and already have a plan on what to do if there was a bump. Taylor came recommended by a local attorney. I was in need of a Realtor to assist in selling my late father’s estate in California, I lived in Oregon, so I knew there could be some challenges. As soon as Taylor and I connected via phone, I immediately felt at ease. His demeanor and confidence assured me that this guy would do everything he could to help me. I drove to California a week later to meet with Taylor and walk my father’s property, I wanted us to both be aligned on what needed to be done to list the property and make it shine to excited house hunters.
