If I could give Shari more stars, I would. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home for my mother in the Santa Cruz area and I can't speak highly enough about the quality of experience that Shari provided us. She was so responsive whenever we had a question about anything. She was always willing to do whatever she could to help us throughout the process. She was always professional and accommodating while retaining an air of positivity and grace that is hard to come by these days.
