What an outstanding, well maintained, inviting and awesome place to live.
They literally have a dog park! They have the best maintenance staff. They have a client portal making it easy to interact with the office management team from the convenience of your phone.
Oh, about the "team" at the managing office. I think it's awesome that if necessary, reaching out to staff in an office environment, their office is within a 2 minute walk from my apartment.
It's always reassuring to know about and or see the security team that actively walk through and monitor around the properties at night. The security team is very professional, more than qualified and friendly. I've talked to them like they were my neighbors a few times.
Now, all of these things require someone to deal with the details. The "team" managing the Castle apartments, and I mean team are one of the most personable, friendly attentive professionals I have ever had the pleasure to know.
Let me say this... about their office.
First, you have to walk in and see their warm, friendly and cozy office. The vibe of the office if described in only a few words is, warm, friendly and relaxing.
It takes very attentive, creative, caring, professional, well maintained and friendly people to pull off the energy and feeling of that cozy inviting office.
In summary, a great place to live. An incredible maintenance staff. Awesome staff that keeps the hallways and entry clean.. they are the friendliest people ever!
The management "team" more like a "family" are the most approachable, warm and caring management "masters" lol, I have ever had the pleasure of talking with. And I mean sit down and just chat if they have the time.
That warm, cozy, inviting office vibe o described before as the "aire" that office gives off require people to create it. Absolutely wonderful, warm, friendly professionally maintained, managed, concerned and watched over secure place I've lived and I've lived in Alaska for 52 years.
If your looking for a great, centrally located place to live... a place that is centered on the people Mover bus routes going downtown, across town or up town, any direction, the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. If you have a dog, sure their are restrictions about certain dogs for general concern, but if you have a dog, a doggie park is less than a 60 second walk. Cats, yup, they're welcome.
I just had to come on here and talk about the entire ecosystem of the castle apartments, the location and the people that power, organize and care about the property the manage
Bravo & well done all of you that make living at the Castle apartments a great place to live.

I love my new apartment home. I've had Moose visit me and anytime I text or email I receive a response within a day. Timber Ridge is so close to the base and still far enough away from Anchorage to feel like I'm in the true Alaska frontier. I really love the laid back atmosphere of management. I'd recommend anyone to rent from Timber Ridge.

Mary has superb customer service. I am highly impressed with the services I have been provided. I would recommend giving Mary a raise.

Everytime I contact someone I get the run around. I’ve almost 30 days to deal with shrews in my unit and still nothings done. I been told someone will call me and still no one has reached out. I asked to get out of my lease because the shrews at first they said I could with a fee but now they’re telling thete gonna be a fee. But it’s an emergency and I had to send my son away because the shrews they keep getting on my counter tops I cleans the counter top just to see if they come home and they have. I’m at the point where I’m done talking and don’t calling I will be taking legal action since I can’t get out of my lease. The maintenance didn’t do what I asked about the holes and I have pictures

Horrible company…They are being sued by dozens of people. It is so bad signs are posted in their buildings, The local news station has been running many stories on this scam business. STAY AWAY!!! Know your rights!!

If it was not made apparent by the plethora of horrible reviews by this management team already and the rating of 2.3 stars at current time, let me make it clear with my experience.
I live in greenbrier on Vance dr off of Tudor. Our hot water heater went out. No biggie. As a former maintenance technician of apartments myself this is an incredibly easy fix. I mean extremely. It’s a same day fix. One that parts are supposed to be stocked for. Or the unit just replaced. Ours went out this past Friday mid morning. I called it in. Lady said she’d put in a request as she should. Be reminded that hot water is an essential item for a hospitable home. My family, and 6 others in my unit have all been without the entirety of the weekend. No feedback as to when we’ll receive this repair. Only told they’re working on it now. Which they’re not. I know what the maintenance guys drive. And seeing as they have their own parking spot to inconvenience all the residents of this place that we’ll be towed away if we park there, it’s not hard to see if they’re here or not.
So with further calls throughout this weekend I am finally contacted back by a maintenance guy, he tells me that “they” told him to let residents know if they call about it that it’ll be Monday before it’s fixed. So me who just got off work, my wife who just got off work, and my 4 year old daughter who just got done with gymnastics have to go the entire weekend without a shower. Because I would love to see any weidner management hop in that freezing cold water and shower in it. I was also told by this same maintenance guy that “they” told him we could always “boil water” on our stove and bathe with that. Yeah…. Let me boil like 70 pots of water over a course of 6 hours to bathe one of us…
Let it be reminded that this is worthy of a broken lease. Im sure the lawyers of this slum can concur. I expect and WILL receive compensation back for the inconvenience of having to buy a hotel for the entirety of the weekend and expect a reduced rent rate for the month for the inconvenience as we were supposed to have family coming in for the weekend. Imagine the embarrassment of having family coming all the way from Alabama to tell them our ridiculously poorly managed, unaccountable, liars of management and maintenance dispatch have failed us and we cannot accommodate you. But we can spend damn near our months rent to accommodate everyone in hotels for the weekend.
This will end up in court. Because not all of your residents are desperate for somewhere to live. This was just a place to stay close to work until we build a house. Some of us have money to buy that lawyer that will send you packing in a courtroom.
And will do so if this is not addressed and compensated for all residents of 4318 Vance drive.
Until then we’ll keep paying for hotels to give our family’s the basic items that make a home hospitable. You’d think with the outrageous rent they charge for these cheap unflattering apartments they’d have a little to spare to make sure residents are taken care of properly. But I guess the weekend is a little more important.
This will not be let go.
And I’m sure if and when this does go to court, the plethora of bad reviews and horrible experiences along with ours will speak volumes in our favor.
Have a wonderful day.

These apartments at susitna ridge are absolutely ghetto I mean the hallway ceilings in the forth floor are falling apart. The walls have bad water damage paint peeking it smells , the tub doesn’t drain and maintenance is horrible I put in a request a month ago and still haven’t received anything. I would never rent from them again
