If i could rate this stay in Seavue vacation rentals 100 stars i would. From the moment we walked in everyone was so kind, from the staff to the guests. The room and the view was even more breathtaking in person. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. We will definitely be back.

I have a property in Aptos that I rarely visit because I am always in the San Francisco area for work. I have always thought of putting up my home as an Airbnb but with how over utilized it has been, I get concerned about all of the fees and potential clientele that would rent out my property and may damage it.

I came across Seavuevr awhile back and reached out out of curiosity. What really caught my attention was that it was a family business rather than some big company. After a long-detailed conversation with the manager Janiece I was sold. She spoke with such sincerity and passion that I knew I was going to be in good hands. What I love about Seavuevr is that I feel like there is a smaller circle of properties under their wing compared to Vrbo or Airbnb. I feel confident that my property would be taken care of, cleaned, and maintained without me needing to be concerned. And the clients that Seavuevr have will utilize my property in the best way possible, to be enjoyed in a relaxing environment that foster precious moments to be made, that was the main reason I had originally gotten this property by the beach but unfortunately, I cannot be there all the time.

The staff are so sweet and friendly, and they have been keeping my property in such good condition. I think they take care of it better than I had.
