Delta Surveyors did an excellent job, Sebastian responded to my initial email within an hour and we set up an appointment for him to come out and survey my property. The morning of the appointment he called to confirm we were still on for the day then he arrived ON TIME!! Him and Art did a great job and got everything done that I asked in a very reasonable amount of time. I would hire them again anytime and definitely recommend their services to anyone needing survey work.

Recently (June 2022) had Delta Surveys Associates survey our property/mark the perimeter prior to building a garage (didn't want to encroach on any of our neighbors property). The Saarloos' were very professional and always returned emails/phone calls nearly instantaneously. Very surprised when the job we'd asked them to do was complete only about one week later. Sometimes it can be challenging to get work scheduled and completed very fast (if at all) here in Delta Junction - Very Impressive! I am a licensed professional civil engineer and have worked with many surveyors all over Alaska during the last 40 years. I found these surveyors easy to work with. They efficiently and accurately performed a land survey for us and submitted a revised plat to the recorders office. Very professional in their approach. We will use them again without hesitation. Please note, when using any survey company whether it is for a subdivision or construction effort, be very clear what you want done and what you are doing the survey for.
