If I could give 0 stars I would. My vehicle got towed from here 4 times the whole time I lived here for no reason. The towing will scam you. I also have not received my deposit since I moved out in March 2020. I was told I had to wait 30-90 days because of the pandemic. Kept waiting, kept calling, and kept getting put off. Now they’re saying they have new owners and I have to deal with the old owners on it. I paid my bills and never caused any problems. Lawsuit is in progress.

The experience was horrible. The first night roaches came out of the heating vents. I was finally able to get rid of the roaches by being extremely clean. The manager did waive a partial month of rent due to missing caulking, electrical outlets that were non functioning, doors that would not completely close. The place was filthy and they had pushed back my move in date to supposedly clean the apartment. I can't even describe all the disrespectful unsupervised children keeping up noise even at late hours outside. There were no screens on any of the windows. The insulation was nonexistent and people outside sounded like they were in the same room with you. I had people from the office try to enter my apartment for no reason. One of the office staff tried to send me a notice for rent that had been waived when management was on vacation. Dominoes and Pizza Hut would not deliver there due to fear of being robbed. I stayed from December 2014 through Nvember 2015 due to rental issues from a problem with the Salvation Army. The apartment was cleaner when I left than it was when I moved in. Beware!!!

this is a very nice community and a wonderful environment to live in they have HPD officers on property the staff are very wonderful they are there when you need service for your apartment everything is just wonderful. Angela and Audi make sure that all maintenance request are all done on time. When I first moved to Diamond Ridge they made my move-in very smooth!!! They made sure that our apartment was in perfect condition despite the condition of the exterior. I would suggest anyone who is interested to speak with these awesome employees!!! They may not be the managers but sure do take care of things as if they were the head person in charge! They are very friendly and professional!!! :]

I love living here!! My a/c went out and they had it fixed within the hour. The management is absolutely wonderful. They are very organized and have awesome staff. Everyone is very friendly. I was blessed to find such a nice clean apartment complex. I'm so thankful!! I would definitely recommend this property for someone who is looking for affordability and a safe environment!

I literally hate these apartments . Their filthy , roach infested , & bugs are everywhere . The people in da office are racist & they don’t never fix anything . My fridge was broke for a long time before they finally came to fix it . Don’t spend your money here . They raising up da rent but it’s not worth it . I signed a lease 3 times while residing there and they still wouldn’t change my blinds don’t waste your time paying for these ragedy apartments

This a really nice place to live. rent is affordable, the staff is very organized and friendly with the tenants. I would highly recommend anyone to consider these apartments when looking for somewhere to live. The front desk receptionist is very nice also, she is always so helpful and treats everyone with respect also very professional in what she does.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. When I first checked out the complex, everything was quiet, and there was NO ONE loitering around the front of the complex. The first week my husband and I lived there, everything changed. There are ALWAYS people loitering around the main drive of the complex, and I witnessed more fights and arrests just driving in than I would care to remember. Our first Sunday living there, there were gun shots outside of our unit at 10 IN THE MORNING!! We had our apartment broken into 3 times in 3 months, and we were never allowed out of our lease. The property manager stated that it was "normal activity" for the area. The first 2 times we were broken into, our living room window was never repaired (which is what allowed the THIRD break in), even AFTER we provided the case # from Houston Police Department. The last time we were broken into, the person(s) was still in our apartment when we came home!!! Now, I have a broken lease on my credit (we lived out about 9 months of the 12 month lease), which I'm more than happy to legally fight.

We have lived here since July 2014. Before moving in we met with Mr. John who is a friendly and professional Manager. He explained the rules and expectations, some of which people should already know (i.e. Putting your trash inside the dumpsters, being mindful that you/your visitors are not disturbing your neighbors, etc...). His staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

There are updates and renovations occurring but without the price increase most places immediately pass on to their tenants. Whenever we needed anything, it is taken care of either the same day or the next business day.

The complex is located near two freeways, grocery/fast food stores, as well as having the Metrobus if you decide not to drive. There is a beautiful park right next door where you can walk, ride bicycles, play basketball, or take your children to the playground/water equipment.

It is safe here no matter what time of day or night you leave or arrive home. It is quiet, if there are problems there are Police Officers who not only drive the area, but actually walk around inside the complex.
