My husband and I contacted Tricia last year when it was time to sell our beloved family home of 28 years. We were referred to her by another agent that worked out of the area, he commented that “Tricia Wirth Gregory is one of the best!”. We, absolutely, agree. She is very knowledgeable and guided us in regards to our asking price. She listens intently not just with an ear but with her heart, she understood that we weren’t just selling a house but a home full of love and memories of raising our precious family. She was always available to answer any questions and made all the paperwork involved so much easier. We received an offer on our home above our asking price in one week from a wonderful family. She pretty much held our hand through the inspection process, which turned out to be trouble-free in great part due to Tricia’s expertise. We had never met Tricia before this but she became a friend, she was as happy for us as we were that our home would be filled, once again, with a loving family, she listened and understood our many mixed emotions through the process. Selling a home is difficult and requires someone who is educated on every facet of the process and who will above all be honest and fair to all involved.
