Ash is a superb real estate agent to work with! My husband and I were new to the area and Ash took the time to educate us and really listen to what we were looking for. Ash is a wonderful agent in all respects. He helped us through every step of buying an investment property with his knowledge of the market, mortgages, insurance, and costs specific to the investment market. When negotiations got tense he kept a much-needed calm and rational perspective that helped us to negotiate with a level head. We started the process of looking for a house to buy back in the spring and didn't even know where to start. When we began asking questions of Ash, he was so incredibly helpful. He helped us figure out where to start and walked us through the process of applying for our loan and looking for the perfect place. He helped us to figure out what it was that we wanted in a place and was so patient and we adjusted our wants and needs as we looked at different places. I am also a very inquisitive person and he was always prepared with more information than we needed, and at given time we had a question that he was unsure of, he looked into it for us and got back to us quickly. He was always available to us through every step and knew just what to say when we began to feel overwhelmed or stressed about the process.
