We actually made contact with Rumana in 2018 when we were first thinking about moving, but we weren't really motivated to make a move at that time. We had been watching her activity in the area and figured she was someone who knew Foster City quite well, which is why we chose her. In that time she helped to give us advice on some renovations, so we've gotten to know her quite well. Managing a two-story house was becoming increasingly difficult and we decided it was time to move to a single-level home, but we didn't know what we were doing initially. Rumana guided us through the entire process. In both buying our current home and selling our other home, the outcome of working with Rumana certainly exceeded our expectations. She helped us understand the financial options that were available to us. Her guidance helped us secure a loan that allowed us to make more advantageous offers on our new home. She even negotiated a home warranty that we've used three times! With our home sale, we were impressed with her knowledge and strategy which ended up getting us more than we expected.
