3. Raziel’s expertise really shone during the offer and negotiation stages. In a competitive market, bidding wars can easily escalate, driving prices much higher. In our case, there were at least three competing offers, but Raziel skillfully managed the process, securing a reasonable price for us without getting into a multiple-round bidding war. Without his help, we likely would have spent significantly more on the same property.

4. Raziel’s team was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Even after closing, they guided us through the post-purchase steps, like transferring utility accounts (PG&E, water, etc.), making the transition into our new home smooth and stress-free.
