Laura and her team (Ty and Lexie) were an absolute pleasure to work with for our first home purchase in the Bay Area. She is an expert in how to navigate the home-buying process, was attentive to our criteria for our home purchase, and has many connections to other realtors and home improvement specialists. We toured over a dozen homes with Laura, and at each home, she pointed out the good and the things to scrutinize to be sure we considered all factors before deciding whether to move forward with an offer. In the offer and negotiation process, Laura truly advocates for her clients. She’s skilled at countering, while also ensuring we have an attractive offer. During the closing process, she successfully negotiated to have a number of concessions from the seller that were concerning to us after our own independent inspection.

We can’t recommend Laura enough. We joke that we didn’t want the home-buying process to end because Laura maintains such a positive attitude and is very fun to just hang out with. When I first called Laura, I told her about my dream: a house with a large yard on a hill with a great view, but I was worried about my budget. Laura's response? "We will get you a nice home on the hills." And she did exactly that!

Laura's got years of experience in real estate, and it shows. She's got connections with everyone you need - lenders, other realtors, engineers, contractors, you name it.
