1.  Was David helpful? Yes. There were 3 owners of the home David just sold, which could have led to dynamics. David was amazing in his negotiations and coming up with fair solutions.

2.  Was David responsive and on time? Extremely. He anticipated what needed to be done before we even knew to ask.

3.  Was David knowledgeable about the market and real estate in general? Yes. Even in this very fluctuating market David was very accurate in predicting what the home would sell for. The house sold for our above our asking price and IN ONLY 8 DAYS! We could have not been more pleased with the sale.
I did a 1031 exchange and David was knowledgeable about 1031’s and what documentation needed to be completed.

My siblings and I selected David Martin to represent us with the sale of our almost 70 years old family home, and we could not have made a better choice. As a widowed older woman, I was overwhelmed with the prospect of selling the family home but from my very first call, David couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful.
