Yvette Collins and Peter Stein blended their many years of experience to help me sell the family home of sixty-six years. After visiting the house, Yvette and Peter offered compliments and shared their thoughts on how to best prepare the home for sale. They knew many competent craftsmen and repair personnel to improve the home's appeal to perspective buyers. I found the recommended work essential, sensible and reasonably priced. When all the preparations were completed and the home "staged" it could not have made a better impression during the first open house! There was a lot of buyer interest generated by all the work Yvette and Peter tirelessly dedicated to this sale.
