I stayed in an apt. recently that is owned and managed by this company. The experience was okay, but the apt. was ridiculously overpriced for its location. The neighborhood was definitely sketchy, especially if you went a few blocks away; homeless encampments, lots of trash on the streets, abandoned or burned out buildings.
The building tenants were a mixed lot, including some obnoxiously loud people. The rental agent I dealt with directly was responsive. I did have one brief phone conversation with Carlos, one of the principals, and his tone/attitude was kind of snotty and dismissive.
Overall I can’t say I’d recommend this company. They’re definitely all about the money.
