After completing three comprehensive courses over three months, I can confidently say that Clarissa deserves 110 out of 100. I had Clarissa Cortez as my instructor and she's a great teacher. I attended the Live Webinar session which was held from 7-9pm twice a week. Clarissa is very energetic and engaging which made the class much more enjoyable, which is helpful if you have a tiring day job. She's very patient and will answer any of her students' questions and gives examples from her past and current transactions as a realtor. I highly recommend Clarissa to anyone interested getting their real estate license.

I also signed up for the crash course which included a massive bank of practice questions. Today, I passed the state salesperson exam on my first try. Normally I hear there is only a 40% pass rate! Thank you Clarissa!
