Great Land was a great find in Eagle River. After striking out with relocation program realtors, I found Great Land by word of mouth so I gave them a call. Cindy Linblom took over my home search & was phenomenal. I was seeing homes before they ever hit the market & getting local insight on the varying areas near Anchorage. She continued to help me with local agencies even after closing on the home. If you're in the market for a home, I'd give this group a call.

Kathy and the Great Land Team recently listed and sold our house for us. She was professional, ethical, proactive and always there for us. She answered all of our questions and followed up on every concern. She also provided contractors when needed for required repairs. Great Land managed my rental property several years ago and failed to note such blatant issues as broken tiles, kitchen countertop damages, and sheetrock damage on the move out inspections. I decided to sell the property and foolishly agreed to stay with them as my agent. They offered little to no advice on pricing or negotiation and Kathy was impatient with any questions or concerns I raised. The very day I intended to change realtors, I got an offer and decided to be done with it out of sheer frustration. Great Land got the commission they wanted and left another unsatisfied customer.

We lived in a house they managed in Eagle River for over four years. They only responded to service orders if it was a major issue, and only then when I'd call repeatedly for help. When we moved out, they billed us for all the damage I'd reported from the major earthquake, that they'd refused to fix! They are generally non-responsive, and don't even have an email address so they can claim they never got a message.

We called them for a week trying to get a viewing. They finally got back to us, told us to not put in an application until we saw the place. We got a confirmation at 2pm today, drove 45 minutes out to see the condo (our appointment was at 3pm), waited 5 minutes past our meeting time, and they never showed up. We messaged them, and they told us "So sorry that this notice is so late. We have an approved application on (street name). Please go to our website and see if there are any other rentals that interest you". No. We will not go to your website to find another listing from you guys. So unprofessional.
