Derek and the Core team are great property managers! They are extremely responsive and address any issues that arise quickly even if it is the weekend. During a cold snap this winter there was an issue with the heater that happened on a Saturday while the building owners were out of town. Core had the issue fixed within a few hours and the heat was restored. I highly recommend them!

I deleted my previous review altogether and the low rating. I took off one star because the rental wasn’t really move in ready and it still needed cleaning. Other than that, any issues that have come up, Core has been quick to address and correct. It was a rocky start the first couple weeks but I’ve been pleased renting from them these last 2 months overall.
