We had previously met with other realtors who seemed very self-interested in what properties they wanted us to look at and strongly consider. Never once did Nani make us feel even remotely this way.

All through the home buying process she was incredible. From demonstrating great patience through showing after showing after showing, to helping us better understand and get set up with the lending process, to closing, she was consistently there to answer questions and guide us, allowing the entire experience to feel comfortably paced and never rushed.

Lance has assisted us in buying two pieces of property in Wasilla. The first was to build a home on and he set us up with contractors for this. The second one already has a house on it and he helped line up everything so we didn't need to fly up from Washington as he provided video and photos to enable us in making our decision. He also helped line up a contractor to do minor repairs for the home and assisted us with finding an excellent lender to finance the purchase. Can't say enough good about all his assistance. Would highly recommend him and definitely use his services again.
