Brian found us quite literally one of the best houses in Fairbanks (within our price range of course), at the toughest time of year (winter). He worked with us to find out what we were looking for, and got us in to see the place before it listed so that we would have the first chance to put in an offer. The entire buying process went very smoothly, and we've been happy in our home now for 2 years. Brian also recently sold our nephew's house here in Fairbanks at an overall profit, even with less than 2 years in it. I would definitely recommend using his services to buy or sell a home.

He was amazing, he helped us find a home and then buy a home. We were first time home buyers so we did not know anything about the home buying process, and in the end it took us 3 months just to close due to the bank constantly asking for more info and running into problems. During that whole time he never once gave up on us, he never seemed agitated or angry, he was just there to help us no matter the obstical we encountered. He found us new people to work with when our loan applications got denied the first time around and he helped us with an early move in. He literally let us into the house on an early occupancy agreement the night before he was to leave on a trip with his family. His wife was packing his stuff to leave in less than 12 hours while he was at our house letting us in. During his trip he was in constant contact with us. I do not know how we would have bought this home without his help. He was super fast to text, email, and call back. He was never to busy for us, and he knew all the answers. He worked with us on every single step and went above and beyond when it came to helping us. We would highly recommend him and if we were to buy another home we would definitely use him again.
