Annette had her hands full with our home sale and proved herself to be not only up to the task but consistently went above and beyond. When you meet her she makes a beautiful impression and you'll quickly see that she is a lovely, caring person as well as a professional. The entire process, start to finish took just under a year. We had a bad tenant that required eviction, a home that once cleared needed a lot of work. A million details that we had no idea how to navigate. Annette put us in touch with the attorney in her office who very professionally protected our mother with an update to her trust. Annette gave us so much information and advice. She spent TIME with us, which is so rare these days. Annette was never more than a phone call, email or text away and kept in touch with every member of our family. When the time came to sell, almost a year after our first meeting, Annette held back to back showings, took multiple offers which she brought in person to the family and a sale we could all be excited about within 10 days! Not one member of the family, whether it's buying or selling would consider using anyone else. Thank you Annette for everything!!

Thieves!
God!!!! this property management company is a complete nightmare! They're flat-out breaking the law by refusing to give back deposits, making up ridiculous "requirements" that aren't even legal just to keep our money. It's outright theft!

Today I went to the downtown post office, spoke to the guy there who remarked that he also hated Watson for doing the same thing! Stealing their direct deposit. He said he took them to court about 10 years ago, and WON! He never got any money because they still stiffed him! These folks are ruthless. I think his name is Aaron, middle age man at the downtown post office you can find him most days working the counter and corroborate his story. I swear, they are building a reputation of the worst kind.

I hired Alex as our real estate agent (for selling).The whole experience while stressful at most, it was kept under control by him. Whenever we had questions/concerns, he was just a call away. Highly recommend Alex because he would make it all easy for you 🙂

I can not praise Pete and his team enough. Moving to California was a rough enough transition. Finding a home in California in this competitive market... Talk about a headache that him and his team took on for me. They pulled off the impossible.

First let me start, they respected my right to be an Independent Buyer. I was motivated and on a time line. I came with my pre-approval and made it clear I was Independent. They never pressured me to do business with them, they let me do it on my own. They gained my loyalty by being there.

Next, I am a Veteran with a baby on the way. I believe I earned my right to 0 down home loan. VA home loans are not really zero down. You have to pay closing costs. As you know that can get pretty expensive.

Not only that... I am cheap. They managed to help me find and get a home into Escrow for at $0 cost to me. They worked out for the seller to take on all closing costs. And having a baby on the way, we can use all the money we can get.

Pete and his team did a great job. 5 star service all the way.

i had to share this issue regarding Watson property management, as ive used them in the past and they were fine, and i know Mary C in the reality side, as shes great, but as far as the rental devision, they dont care for some of there rental properties that are listed currently, as they have one now that looks like it hasnt been serviced in 3 months, and its in a very nice part of the SW, and i did contact them about it to try and help and let them know, but i never heard back after i told them the issue, as i was just asked to call in, but they got the email, and pics have been taken and such, as i cant believe they
would allow one of there places to look that way, as its the owners fault of course, but its there property now, as thats not cool at all, and i hope they pay more attention down the road,as i would think they want to rent it right?, and i know complaints have been made already. Stay well all and take care!

My experience has been very good. The employees were helpful during the application process and during the moving in details. All maintenance has been handled promptly and efficiently. I really like that there are multiple ways to get ahold of someone and the management is very knowledgeable of current laws and regulations for housing. If and when we need to move, we will be checking through Watson again.

Purchasing a home is very stressful and difficult for everyone. She is the best real estate agent. She is very friendly and easy to work with throughout entire house search and purchase process. She helped my uncle and all of us find the beautiful and perfect house. She is one of those angels who help us in calm, professional, and honest manners. She takes her time to answer your call eventhough she is busy and even outside of business hours and works with us 7 days a week. She explains us the terms and processes so patiently until we understand. She does not rest till she finds a perfect house for us. She coaches and leads us in every house purchasing process. She is very knowledgeable, wise and knows the real estate area, rules, processes, and laws so well. In many cases, she reminded me not to move recklessly. She is devoted to you and your concerns and treats you like her family and best friend. The whole house search and purchase she made it so easy for all of us. She sacrificed her own comissions and her day off times to protect your interests. I found her from Zillow and in a week, she found my uncle and all of us beautiful home. When it comes to real estate world, she is a true gem, a real honest and altruistic expert. My uncle and all of us definitively recommend her.

Such an unprofessional reception staff. I went there to pick up some keys, which they told me had been picked up, but they couldn't tell me who they gave the keys to because they don't make people sign for keys, which was very surprising to me. After they looked around and still couldn't find keys, they doubled down that the keys had been picked up and they even gave details about the person that picked them up and his appearance. I got a call from my agent a few minutes after I left and apparently the keys were found. So one of their receptionists logged that the keys had been picked up, made up a story about who picked them up, and insisted that she followed the correct process that Watson has for handing out keys, when in reality, none of what she said actually happened. I would not work with anyone in this office for any real estate transactions in the future mainly because their reception staff seems very unreliable and untrustworthy, not qualities I want in a real estate company.
