I submitted a request for a quote well after 9pm on a weekday and he responded within 30 minutes. Throughout the duration of my project needs he was readily available and able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. He took care of everything, I personally never met Sergei or his crew. But I know that their work was effective. They were detailed and left the necessary markers that were easy to find and use.
