I had the pleasure of working with Sherry Zimmerman when shopping for a new home last summer. She was very helpful in finding me homes that fit the criteria I was looking for (spacious kitchen, close to town, good lighting, etc) and got me in to check out homes on a moments notice. I was lucky to get the house I fell in love with even with numerous other offers that were over asking price. I was also extremely greatful that she helped me set up appointments to make sure all of the maintenance/repairs were completed before signing. I loved working with her and plan to sell my rental home with her this spring as well!

I cannot give enough thanks to Dawn. She has assisted us in purchasing two properties. Although the properties were lower in cost, she treated us as if we were buying mansions. She was tenacious and worked very hard to make the sales as easy as possible for us. While handling the myriad of details needed to purchase a home.
We have purchased many homes in the past in the Matsu borough and we have never had an agent as good as Dawn.
