Gaetani became the property manager of the apartment building where I live a couple of years ago. They're very responsive to maintenance requests and the contractors they work with are very knowledgeable and professional. When there are delays, Gaetani is very good about reaching out via email with status updates. If I owned a property and needed someone to manage it, I'd hire Gaetani.

Honestly the best leasing and move-in experience I've ever had. My fiancé and I just moved into an apartment in the Marina, and Nick O'Leary from Gaetani helped us every step of the way. We asked to tour so many different times, and Nick was professional and pleasant, answering all of our questions. We now love our apartment and are so happy with the property. Great landlords all around.

Gaetani became the new owners for my building. So far, everything has been fantastic. I reported some dangerous swinging cords at the building next door to ours. I know how hard it can be to get information of the property manager in another building and since it was in fact difficult, Maya, the property manager went and reported to 311 and sure enough it was fixed! Definitely went above and beyond. Everyone has been very responsive.

I can't say enough good things about Gaetani Real Estate company I recently worked with. The application process went fast and smoothly, and the agents responded to questions quickly and were incredibly professional: Megan Henderson answered our questions even throughout the weekend, and Noel Radcliffe followed up with a request right away. As a result, we were able to lease an apartment quickly and without problems. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Gaetani Real Estate manages the San Francisco property that I’ve lived in for some time. While charming, the building is old and the need for repairs is inevitable. Maintenance requests are made through Gaetani’s online tenant portal, which is easy to use and offers multiple scheduling options. It’s a good and efficient system. Management and contractors are communicative, and work is done promptly and professionally, which as a tenant, I very much appreciate.

I'm certainly one on board with the fashion and the ways Gaetani Real Estate, responds to and get things fixed and taken care of around our Apts/Bldg. Seems when an alarm is sound or a flag goes up, they are out here with their contractors or workmen doing what's necessary to get it fixed or corrected!
Kudos to one of the best Real Estate Corp in the entire city I believe, and I can imagine they are the same with all of their hundreds of properties they manage. Thank you too all! Ben Williamson
