The real estate market got even more intense now. You need hardworking, smart & diligent agents like them. You may need to submit offer 2-3 days ahead of offer deadline if someone gave an aggressive offer. Helen & Susanna work with us till late night to submit offer. They also listened to our feedback on the criteria for home buying but also update us on the reality of the interest rate trend or the marketing. They have great pricing strategy & great in negotiating/communicating with the seller agents.

I was referred to Helen through a friend who recommended her as a great realtor that is knowledgeable, kind and effective. That proved to be my experience as well. I would consider my home a "difficult" one to sell because it was an old building with a tenant-occupied unit that had below-market rent. Plus, the real estate market was lukewarm due to high interest rates.
