We found Nada through several recommendations from close friends who had only great things to say about Nada. It's hard to be brief when we are so thankful and grateful that Nada made it happen and got us into our new home, which we are very happy with. It was a big challenge to buy a home during the pandemic, but Nada's professionalism eased our nerves. Nada was patient with us and always laid out our options and we never felt rushed to settle for a lesser home, on the contrary she delivered a home for us that we did not think we would qualify for. My wife and I were blown away with Nada's knowledge and expertise; and how she would go above and beyond to protect our interests and deliver favorable terms.
We are so happy with Nada;
her service was epic, her response time was always fast, she always provided us the information we needed to know, her conduct professional, her patience was great, truly an Agent and Broker that cares about her clients.

"I know a guy who knows a guy", I only thought it was a well written movie script. Little did I know it was so true and useful in my real life, especially the purchase of my 1st home. Glad Nada starts doing some online marketing, so more people will have a chance to get help from her excellent service and expertise in the real estate market.

Searching for a listing is not hard, you can do it yourself. But getting a loan and dealing with the seller (especially a difficult one I had) was absolutely beyond my ability, but Nada handled it very well. Not only did she got me a loan that I couldn't get from national banks, she also went to open houses with me. Nada thoroughly review the repair history of the home we bid on. She found out some major leaking from upstairs neighbor being covered up by the seller. After many back and forth, repairs and tests, everything were fixed up eventually, and I just have to credit Nada for her experience and effort in the process. After closing, she follow up with us and making sure no more problem with our new home.
