This review is long overdue. Katrina was amazing to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! I actually have my real estate license and some prior real estate work experience, but I was busy with a new career and did not have Katrina’s up to date knowledge base and extensive experience with the type of properties I was looking for. Her knowledge about buying, selling, fixing up, flipping, and renting properties all over Los Angeles is unparalleled. I searched for my first condo for a few years (more just getting a feel for what I wanted and the neighborhood I wanted to live in at first) and Katrina was with me every step of the way. She set up countless tours all over LA with grace and efficiency. She is exceedingly patient and one of the most hardworking people I know. She is also intelligent, responsive, prompt, and just a generally good person and super enjoyable to be around. She is truly the best agent I have ever worked with!

Katrina is absolutely amazing. We could tell from our first meeting with her when she got down on her knees and looked into the crawl space on a house we were looking at. She truly goes above and beyond. She's so knowledgeable and helpful. She communicates really well, answered our questions and even researched permits to ensure she gave us accurate information. She made the whole process of buying a house go so smoothly. As our agent, she also represented us to the lender, the escrow agent, and I believe went above and beyond. We purchased a house with Katrina. Katrina's in-depth market knowledge of the real estate market, construction, and the Hollywood Hills, Studio City Hills and West Hollywood areas gave us the confidence that we were buying in the right area for us.
