John's Kenai team is terrific: professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and most importantly, they genuinely strive to always go above and beyond. I was exceptionally impressed! One staff member to help every one, I waited about 30 minutes just to buy a hitch because a gentleman wanted to see the storage spot on the other side of the facility. I don’t blame the guy for wanting to see the spot but a second person to man the counter would have saved 3 of us a lot of time . One guys walked in and seen what’s up then left.

Horrible service. I went to pay on my unit, which account was not in the rears, an they threw all my belongings out. My parents wedding rings, my father's hero award, things I can never get back. My stuff was supposed to be safe there. NOT AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SOERY MOM, ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH. I'm so hurt I am not letting this go. Not walking on me today

Reserved a 5x8 trailer to Move out of state. We reserved on the 11th inside the business and even received a receipt of it. Went to check on the 27 to just make sure things were going smoothly. Come to find out they could even find us in the system at the Soldotna location. They said Kenai never completed the reservation on their end! Now we may not get the size we need!

When i think uhaul kenai i think fraud and how they cant train employees to use a card machine to charge a card on file and cost the customer late fees not once but 6 times as i left it on file so if you want to be ripped off go to kenai uhaul

One thing, I don't care what your corporate policy is with identification, the law states that one should not surrender their identification to anyone except law enforcement and the courts! With that said I understand I have no choice but to also allow you to take possession of my identification and image it in order to do any business with you. Now, I also want you to understand that I understand how I feel about your policies and their relation to law doesn't matter in the least as long as I comply with your corporate policy. I don't like it! I don't like it now and I didn't like it at the counter when your employee took possession of my identification and imaged it. I also understand that this will do nothing to change corporate policy so, just like politics and t6he US government the average citizen/consumer does not get to preview and amend a contract that you force them to sign in order to do business with you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. In the last week I have received 3 calls all telling me I owe a different amount. When I ask them to break it down they don't know how. The staff is poorly trained and the manager should do something about it. There is no reason when I have my bill paid to the next billing date that I should have a past due amount. But somehow I do. They harass me constantly. As if I don't know what's going on with my account. Literally 5-6 calls a week about my unit. Then they charged me a fee for moving my unit as if the outrageous prices for them isn't bad enough and when I asked about the fee I received a very disrespectful answer. Never will I use this place for service again. They should learn a thing or 2 from the Soldotna location.
