The staff really knows their stuff and goes out of their way to get you your machine. It helps if you book far enough out on a busy weekend, as you'd expect. The topsoil is perfect! The pit guy blends & screens so you get a great product. You need to seed right away as weeds might grow. The soil is not sterile! You will be happy you called ABC for your equipment needs.

Solid equipment, service, and at fair prices. Contrary to the negative reviews here, I found the staff to be knowledgeable and personable. Show respect and you'll get respect. Their equipment delivery guys were equally considerate, taking the time to answer all of my questions regarding safe equipment operation and equipment cleaning expectations for return. Don't be afraid to ask questions both before renting, and while receiving your equipment for use. I've rented skid steers, mini excavators, and farm tractors for dirt work projects on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed.

A bunch of scam artists. I was dabble charged. No customer service or communication. Brought the wrong size tractor. Then on pick up, got stuck in mine, and the neighbors driveway, and mest the roads up. DO NOT RENT FROM ABC

I was pretty surprised to read any negative reviews. We've never had a bad experience. We just got our topsoil and it was excellent. We've rented extensively in the last year, and everything worked out great for us. We are renting a mini-excavator sometime in the next few weeks and I have every confidence in our rental. Update: July 2016. The excavator rental went off without a hitch. Very pleased with everything here.

Customer service is incredible. Called this morning to rent an excavator. It was deliver within the hour. Chris unloaded, gave a quick how-to, and was getting ready to go when we got information that we didn’t need the equipment for the project. Chris called back to the office to explain and in the next few minutes he had it loaded and heading back to the shop. To top it off we were only charged for delivery.
These guys are incredibly busy this time of year and yet they went above and beyond with their customer service. We’ve used ABC Rentals in the past and they will always be our first call in the future.

Customer service was bad, always super short when I called, quick to get off the phone. A hydraulic line was pinched and broken during use, which come to find out is pretty normal, it had happened to this machine before. I called to let them know they said they would send someone out "today." Three hours later, no one showed. Called to find out when, they wouldn't tell me when, just "today." Someone came out over 4 hours later at 8:45pm. They said someone would fix it the next day. No one came. I had to call to find out no one was coming. I rented it a Thursday. So Friday no one came out. Saturday at 9am someone finally came out. Fixed it in 30 minutes. I called them Monday to return it. They didn't come get it till Tuesday. They then charged me for having it Friday-Tuesday. They did reverse the charges after I called.

If you're looking to rent equipment in the Valley, ABC is a great company to check out. The staff was easy to work with and helped us out with all our questions even when we had to call five times to figure out things with the machines we rented. They even went out of their way on the delivery and pickup to accommodate our schedule and needs. I called all the rental companies in the Valley trying to find machines and ABC was almost always the most affordable, with good, clean, well-maintained equipment and the lowest delivery charges of any other company. Definitely recommend..
