Very sketchy ppl. Will lock you out of relatives' house if they pass away while selling. They assume the house becomes their property. They don't care if family has a will. Might not be entire office but there is one thar thinks this way. Took us forever to get into my aunts place when she died because the realtor changed the locks and said your not getting the keys unless get an attorney. 1st off you don't have to have a attorney to probate. 2nd by law she had no right to change the locks. Be careful if you use this place. They are very sketchy.

I just recently started renting from this company. I gotten Extremely ill and wasn’t able to work for weeks.So i gotten late on my rent. Dina was extremely rude and lied to me. I told her what happened. She didn’t care she said well lets try to play this game next month (rude)until your lease is up. (There’s no game I’m playing) She really made me feel I will have to leave once my lease is up. Like really where is the empathy. I ask if there is way the company can work with me. Because I became extremely ill. Then I told her I’ll pay a large amount in 5 days. I tryed to get into the portal to pay the large amount. The portal would not allow me. So I contacted Dina again. She said she file for eviction. Like really but we agreed. I love my home. I think I’m going to the BBB about this. Also my toilet keeps running which making my water bill extremely high. My brand new dishwasher never work since I moved in and I never received a garage door opener. I submitted requests and nothing has been done. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Joshua Click made the home buying and selling process much easier for me. He was always available to chat and willing to walk me through each step and answer any questions I had. He also went the extra mile when preparing to sell my house. The photos and virtual tour were top notch and I believe it helped in marketing my house to the right buyers.
