Coming up on the colder months for the 3rd year and the cracks come back. Meritage Homes excuse the past 2 years has been "slab curl" well guess what... I no longer have irrigated landscaping and hasn't rained at my home for months but here we are with that pesky poor workmanship and customer service shining through ?

Don't buy these homes!! They are plagued with quality and safety issues, as a result of a poorly managed organization. Talk to the residents in the community. Plenty of negative reviews and regrets. Question how these passed county and VA inspections.
