Bryan is a true professional in the Real Estate world. At our initial meeting, Bryan MacKenzie really listened to us and was able to understand and assess our unique situation (needing to sell a fixer-upper as a sale from trust). After that meeting, Bryan provided ongoing support to both trustees for well over a year before we signed the listing agreement. He gave us expert advice to help us meet our objectives throughout this time and had the knowledge and background to represent us in a sale from trust. We appreciated his communication style, which is friendly and low key but on point and precise at the same time. He also helped us prepare for the sale by having us write disclosures and fill out other documents ahead of time. When we were ready to put the property up for sale, he marketed it in a way that achieved a high level of interest and multiple offers within two weeks, all while maintaining a smooth and orderly sales process. He provided wise advice in our best interest about which offer to select and then he continued to support us and answer our questions within his scope through escrow. Bryan went above and beyond to lead the sales process, really listen, and really address our needs every step of the way!
