I can't recommend Tammy Medigovich and Bella Casa Realty, LLC highly enough. Tammy handled both the sale of our family home of 22 years, the place where I raised my boys, and the purchase of our new home. I have bought and sold homes before, but this was, by far, the best experience I have had. The entire process was seamless. We had multiple offers on our $500K+ home, and sold for over-asking in 3 days. I was a nervous wreck, buying on contingency in the late-2020 market. We found a home a mile from where my boys grew up, that checked all the boxes. It came on the market as we were driving to an appointment at another listing. We saw it that night, had the offer in within the hour. By morning, there were 11 offers. Exactly 30 days from seeing it, we were moving in. Tammy knew precisely what we needed to do, to get our perfect home. We are so very happy here. I can't thank Tammy and Bella Casa enough. We love our Beautiful Home!!!
