My Personal Experience With This Company ( Jennifer R ) Has Been Horrible. I Have Recently Located A Place To Live Jennifer Is Selling The Home I Am Living In & Could Care Less About My Privacy! Jennifer Will Smile In My Face But Could Care Less If I’m Homeless! It Is An Absolute Horrible Feeling To Have Sellers & Buyers Walking Around Your Home Looking In Your Closets, Bathrooms Etc,.. I Have Been Renting For 20 Years & Have Had Owners Sell The Property I Was Occupying But Never Come In & Invade My Personal Space. My Experience With This Company Will Be Coming To An End Soon . Jennifer Could Have Chose To Work With Me & Coordinate 30/60 Day Agreement While I Find A Place To Live But Not Jennifer & This Company.

Jeff has been phenominal through our first time home buying journey. Mike Castaneda represented the buyers who purchased my home in a "for sale by owner" transaction. There are not enough words to accurately express how wonderful the experience was. Mike was always polite, professional, courteous, and helpful. During the transaction, we encountered a couple of obstacles that we needed to navigate. Mike was patient as I made decisions and always made sure I understood what the buyer's rights were in each situation. Mike's buyers were not the first buyers to make offers on my house, but he was the first Buyer Agent that treated me with as much respect and care as he treated his clients. All agents were fast to get their agreement signed to protect their commissions before showing the house. Mike didn't ask for such an agreement until his buyers were ready to make an offer. Mike never diminished the property or took an adversarial position in an attempt to gain a better position for his clients, so many other Buyer Agents had been down right insulting to deal with, but not Mike. If you are looking for an Agent or if Mike comes to you with a Buyer, please give him your every consideration. Mike has my trust and he deserves your trust as well.

Absolutely terrible experience with Karen Deitering . Sellers agent and didn’t have them comply with contract and no help/contact after the fact. I also wrote a negative review on Zillow which hasn’t been published so they clearly have a way to buy out reviews. So annoying! Don’t send me post cards if you don’t want to remind me what a terrible job you did.

Used Richie Laser to buy a short sale in Maricopa. He, the title company and the selling realtor did NOT do their homework and even after going to short sale school, so he said, did not have clear title to my home. They told me I could move in so I drove 2200 miles in 4 days ALONE, with hardly any sleep, my 13 yr. old dog dying of Cushing's Disease, liver disease, and a heart murmur in the back seat, I arrive with news that I have no home. OH well, he says, that is how short sales go. Do your homework Richie. I fly off the handle and then he GOSSIPS to my family about what I said to the bank. No breach of privacy, nothing. The only family I did have here is now not talking to me. All the family I left behind 2200 miles ago now know too. GREAT GUY!!! And he got paid for all this.
