This is a great company. 5 star service. Helping landlords manage the difficult process of owning rental properties. They tell the truth even when it’s not a comfortable and positive conversation about a property or situation they are dealing with. They also do this by finding great qualified tenants that pay on time and don’t trash the properties. They care about all the owners I referred them over the last decade. They also treat tenants fair and with respect. Greatful for the effort and care they put into their management.

The broker Chris has no idea what he’s doing and acted like a child towards me. Please do not rent through him. He doesn’t clarify important details about properties and does not have your best interest in mind. I would call a million times during their office hours and no one would answer. It didn’t matter what extension I pressed.

I worked with Chris Lopez and Sandy Barber and they are a great team. They are very helpful, understanding and patient. They help you get what you want and fight for you to get what you deserve. There is no pressure only guidance. You can contact them any time with questions or concerns and they are more than happy to help. I am very satisfied with my home and was blessed to get it. Only did thanks to their strong drive and persistence. I had a very unique situation that they were able to guide me through to the finish line! Thank you World Class, my hero... And Chris Lopez is now my favorite person in the world! I will definatede use them again if needed and I encourage you to do the same. They can even help you buy your dream home afterwards.

when you read this, you might think this is another salty comment from someone who had a bad experience with this company, well, you are half right about the experience, it is a good start, but just telling you, these real estate people here are very cunning, they are different with the nice people in the bigger world, they overcharge everything until you notice something is over the blue, they will apologize, I am not the first one, the old lady who rent from them also had the same experience.

so, see their company names, what kind of people will be naming themself in this way... save your IQ tax and not come here for your business.
