On 10-21-24 I came home to maintenance from Noah properties, taking my belongings out of my house and sitting them on the lawn. I confronted them and asked them what they were doing. They told me that they were instructed to move out my belongings due to an eviction. I got my phone and showed them where I paid my my rent and I was current and I was not informed of any move out, then contacted their manager. The manager told them that they were at the wrong apartment and to put my things back where they found it and apologize. They gave me an email to the rent office And told me to email Erin Sweets to have this straightened out, I emailed Erin only to find that I was only being offered one month free rent at the time and nothing else. No replacement of the damaged items just one month I didn’t ask for a month and a half she said that was fine. The maintenance worker offered me $100 to recover the alcohol and cat food. They threw away along with other very meaningful items. I sent the hundred dollars back to the worker and let them know that I was not accepting the hundred dollars as a form of repayment, I went to the office to speak with Erin personally. Upon arriving, we spoke, and she stated that they would not be able to do more than a month and a half because the value of my items didn’t equate to the amount of money that the three months would equal to. I also asked her about going to the magistrate doing things illegal way. She told me that I had no case and it would be easier to just take the Month and a half, and that it would be instant as well. I asked for 24 hours to think about it and I came home to clean up and put up everything only to find more broken things and my Laptop destroyed. I emailed her about the laptop and every time I talk to her I notice that they make it seem like I moved my stuff out or like I’m aggravating them. I’m going to speak with them tomorrow 10/23 about compensation. They are now offering 2 months.
*UPDATE* They provided me with 2 months of rent and replaced my broken items. They also offered to pay for a cleaning service.
I accepted and am grateful for the speedy resolution.

If I could give zero stars. I would. I have been living on this property for three years. All of the previous owners were great. NOAH is the worst property management I have ever dealt with. You can never get in touch with anyone from the office about anything. They are awful with maintenance requests. The only time they contact you is thru an automatic system telling you when your rent is due. I absolutely hate these people and I hope someone comes along and buys them out bc they are very unprofessional. Rude!!!! This is very ghetto I do not recommend.

Trying to contact someone to speak to personally is an absolute nightmare. I've tried to follow up on 3 maintenance request that were put in in the last month ( for the same problem) of which 2 of them were closed without the problem being rectified. The 3rd one is still open, but I can't contact anyone to get any "follow up," answers as to when my ac will be working. It's been over 95degrees and I have been without air for the entire month of June?.

I've been a resident for 3 yrs now and the living experiences have been great. I chose this place to be near my work so it makes an easy commute literally minutes. The staff has been attentive and great and the place gives a clubhouse fun look and vibe. The recent renovations and upgrades makes living her more comfortable.

Property manager (Ruth Zayas) is very good with the tenants and tries to resolve any issues quickly. Maintenance needs to be more flexible. For example I requested for a shower wand to be installed. But needed a Y adapter so I could use both the wand and their shower head. Maintenance refused to get the part. They said it was my responsibility. I was told to get the part needed and put in another work order. I don't agree with that process. Plus the fact I'm a disabled veteran with no transportation.

Our AC has been out for about a month now. We have put in several work orders for maintenance to come out and take a look and every time someone comes out, the AC is still not fixed. Also, I have consistently tried to get ahold of the customer service and the maintenance department and they're always busy. So of course, I leave a voicemail requesting for someone to give me a call back and no one ever returns my call. I am requesting an appointment to come to your office and speak to management. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service we have received. I would never recommend this property management group to friends or family based off our experience right now.

Noah properties is an outstanding management company and they provide great customer service to the residents and the maintenance team exceeds my expectations. Also, my apartment complex is a great place to live and raise a family. Fairhill is a very clean, quite Community to live in. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Also, its pet friendly. This has been the best decision of my life to live in a Noah management property community. The application process was very easy and if you need assistance staff was eager to assist you.
