I am a 2 year resident and Stacy is Awesome!!! She goes out of her way to help a lot of people in this community. Before I moved here 2 years ago I was homeless with 2 boys and struggling to find a place that was affordable. Stacy got me into an apartment ASAP and didn't even know what we were going through, she did it just because that's who she is. These townhomes also have a great maintenance tech, a man by the name of Stuart who can get some $**t done! He'll get it done and fast and he'll smile and talk with you the whole time. I love living here! It is quiet, affordable and right next door to Show Low Lake and fishing. I like to show my appreciation by bringing some food over to Stacy & Stuart from time to time. Thank you guys for being Awesome

P.S. if you ever decide to mix elk in your chicken tacos and you give some to Stacy, keep it to yourself. 🙂

I rented my unit sight unseen. Stacy the property manager is absolutely amazing. She made my whole move in process so easy from start to finish. Stuart the maintenance man is fantastic. The key to the laundry room I was given didn't work and the door to the dishwasher needed to be replaced. I had a new key in about an hour and the dishwasher door was replaced first thing the next morning. I am so happy with my decision to move here and look forward to being a part of the Mountain Park community for a very long time.

I am very pleased to call this place my home! Stacy is very professional at what she does,yet very courteous!This woman will try her best to accommodate any issues you may be having!Stewart will go beyond his means with a smile for any maintenance issues you may have which are very few! The apt complex itself is very nice,as well as neighbors who look out for one another! I have been here going on 5 yrs and have not had any issues! I love calling this place my home! Very professional staff and very friendly! This place is very safe!

Me and my family have lived here for fours year and have loved and and appreciated Stacy every moment of it. She will go above and beyond to make sure we are genuinely satisfied. Regardless of what our problem is she is happy to work with us and make it better. By far the best landlord in the white mountains.

I am a past resident and my wife and I had a great experience. Never had any problems when things needed to get fixed. Any snow days, the sidewalks were always cleard out. Stacy is a great property manager and Stuart maintains the place very well.

One of the Best Apartments to live in the White Mountains. It is family friendly, clean and amazing. Stacy, the Property Manager, is always helpful and kind! Stewart the Maintenance guy is super helpful as well! Amazing place to live!

The customer service knowledge the lady who answered the phone was amazing. She knew the town of Show Low like the back of her hand.
Directed me to where I needed to be without being at all pushy about her residency just explained quickly what she does and helped me quickly find what I was looking for. I was just very impressed. God bless this lady and the business. Know you have kind management. Thank you.
