Buying a home can be stressful. However, Kathy helped make the process enjoyable. After the purchase was made, an unforseen issue arose and Kathy was there instantly offering her assistance and volunteering to help to solve it. She is caring and goes out of her way to make things right, and we appreciate that and thankful that there are people who are honest, hard working, and there when you need them as promised. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend her!

In addition, Kathy recommended an excellent building inspector, Brent Ruttle, Sr., prior to the purchase, which I am also very thankful for. He, too, was very friendly, thorough, and caring and also went above and beyond on assisting us in the same emergency situation as Kathy did. We are so thankful that Kathy recommended him.
