Since we've had Mosaic managing our property for the last 5 years, the burdens of being a landlord have been virtually non existent. In particular, the maintenance manager, Denny, has been phenomenal. He has always promptly responded to any inquiries we've had, as well as followed through with any maintenance issues that have come up. He has been excellent at coordinating tenants with vendors who need to come in to do repairs.

If you have a house you want to rent no better property management company than Mosaic. They spend so much time making sure you are comfortable and happy with your home being rented. Sandra and Denny are fantastic. We didn't have the greatest tenant and they would always be on top of things making us feel comfortable living on the other side of the country. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great people, and easy to work with. They truly care about your home and treat it like it is yours. Sounds good.
