Overpriced. The quality of these homes is no different than the neighboring communities. Commute to jobs is worse, materials are the same low quality softwood and plaster as all other new homes here, and the parks are the same as other neighborhoods who charge much less for HOA. If you buy here you are paying for a brand, not quality. It seems these people realize homes are in high demand and they want to get every penny they can out of their product.

By the way, ask people who live in lennar communities in Gilbert; They definitely have problems hiring competent builders and engineers to build these homes.

Honestly surprised at some of these reviews, so here is my experience. Preston was a great. Very knowledge about the houses and the land that they are built on. The loan officers were very attentive and quick to respond to our questions and give us the best advice possible on the home buying experience. When it came time for the walk thru Jim was our guy. Jim is a very good boss and helps fill in for his employees. We were very thorough. Jim told us what to look for during the walk thru and took pride in the quality of the house. Double pan windows, 101 class on stucco, housing supports, and backyard suggestions. Jim went out of his way to make sure he might out expectations. This whole process was completed under 1 month. Now for living out here. Ok, I have lived in the heart of Phoenix for so long, coming out this way is refreshing. We have notice it is a couple degrees cooler, it is 15 minutes away from shopping but the drive is chill. Less traffic and it is most certainly developing out here. Overall, I liked my experience and the quality of the house is built with Arizona weather in mind. I look forward to going to the community gym and pool.
