My husband and I decided that we wanted to start shopping for our forever home in Ventura County earlier this year and after three family members and a friend worked with Lisa to buy their homes, we decided to give her a call to help us with the sale of our first home and purchase of a new one. Lisa started sending us listings right away and quickly learned about what I did and didn’t like. Within a few minutes of seeing something I liked, I had a text from Lisa asking if we wanted to go see the property and she would make herself available to come with us to see the homes. In terms of responsiveness, I feel like Lisa always responded to my questions within about fifteen minutes. In regards to selling our prior home, Lisa was strategic about setting a price and we received multiple offers, all of which were over what we were asking. Because of Lisa’s network, we chose to sell to a great agent with a great buyer and it was a smooth transaction.
With both transactions, Lisa was quick, responsive, provided multiple detailed updates throughout the day, and was a great negotiator in terms of helping us get the best deals and terms. Lisa handled the sale and purchase of the homes seamlessly and pushed to close both transactions before the Labor Day weekend, giving us that long weekend to move. I have already given Lisa’s name to several friends who may be looking to buy soon and will continue to recommend her. I feel that Lisa loves what she does and she’s really good at it. Even though I know a lot of good real estate agents, there was no doubt in my mind that we needed Lisa to represent us in the sale of our home -- we needed the best!

We wanted a quick sale because we had already moved out and couldn't pay two houses too long. But we also felt we could get top dollar and would rather rent it out than not get enough. From our first conversation, we could feel Lisa had our best interest in mind.
