deadlines. She completely transformed our home and “made it appeal to the masses” by
staging it. It worked! We sold for top dollar, which would have made our parents very proud.
Since they were always so savvy with business. She also fought hard for us during the sale

Ordinarily it is wise to hold off on writing a review until after the business conducted has been completed but the purpose of this review is for the benefit of anyone looking for a realtor and wants to know the experience of others.

While it’s not as bad as real estate crash of 2008, the constantly rising interest rates have created a buyer’s market. This was one of many reasons I decided to sell.

Real estate is certainly no exception to the sales philosophy that people buy things for emotional reasons and then justify their purchase with logic. It is for this reason that home staging is important if you want to sell faster and increase the sales price.

One of many things which made Dominique stand out is that she knows this and has her own staging business on the side of her real estate business. Out of curiosity, I had two home staging comps quote me for the price of staging. The cheapest of the two home staging quotes cost me 7X what Domonique wanted for the exact same service.

If I do say so myself, my house was not ugly but the staging that Domonique provided gave made people looking at it say Wow! I also liked Domonique’s social media work. The TikTok video she had made with the Kardashians dubbed in was both funny and made the house look impressive.

In addition to staging, Domonique provided so much more service than this review can mention. I can’t say all of the things she did to go the extra mile but I will say she put in over 20 hours of work to help me on things that nothing to do with the sale of the house.

Finally, the end result was that I got two offers within the first three days of the listing and after a bidding war in a buyer’s market, we accepted an offer which ended up being $10,000 more than we asked for. I’ll always be happy and grateful that I managed to find Dominique and think you will too.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dominique as THE realtor for all real estate needs. As the administrator of my aunt's estate, I was responsible for selling her home in Fillmore. Domonique was one of the Real Estate Agents who came recommended by my attorney. She was the perfect match for my situation due to the complexity of the Estate and sale as a whole. Domonique prevailed through several setbacks and obstacles presented by the nature of the estate, and she ALWAYS had a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

She was also always reachable, which was very important since I don’t live in California. During the process, I was never once passed off to deal with her assistant, other team members, or partner even though I know she has a team. She was always my only point of contact. It’s obvious that she takes great pride in her job and cares about her clients. I read her online reviews prior to hiring her since I was considering a few other Real Estate Agents as well, and the consistent feedback is that she “goes above and beyond.” This is an understatement!

She also transformed my aunt’s home, making it look absolutely lovely with her interior decorating which helped us receive a total of 6 OFFERS!!! We ended up selling the home over our asking price, which I am very pleased about. Thank you Domonique!

I wish I could rate my experience with Domonique as my realtor 10 stars for this review. I had purchased another home in Orange County that was being built and I signed a contingency on that home so time was not on my side to say the least. I sold my home in 14 DAYS during a downturn in the market, and in a very competitive area in Camarillo, and SHE negotiated on my behalf full asking price. I have sold many homes over the years; however, Domonique has some qualities and skills that are so hard to find in a realtor these days: Constant Communication, she was ALWAYS available to take my calls & texts, and if unavailable, she got back with me in 2-4 minutes every single time. Next, Comprehensive Knowledge of the market and How to Attract Buyers, by taking the time to price my house at a profitable, and competitive price on the front end as not to run off buyers at the most crucial time on the market (the beginning when there is the most interest in the “newest listing” out there). However, I put myself & Domonique in a unique/difficult situation, I made the mistake of originally listing my home with a discount realtor that charged minimum fees and 0.5%.... OMG THAT WAS A MISTAKE & NIGHTMARE, you get what you pay for and I learned that first hand, “I thought houses sell themselves, just get it into the MLS and everything will be fine, why do I need a full commission realtor” (and I found out, in the end that was not true)". Houses don’t sell themselves and Domonique worked day and night to get buyers & agents in the door from the minute I called her with my desperate plea for help. I mentioned her knowledge of the market and attracting buyers, well I wasn’t getting them with my previous discount realtor (that I ended up firing after watching every single home in my neighborhood sell in days/weeks while mine sat with no showings, and ultimately paying his commission to get out of my listing agreement so I could list with a real professional like Domonique). Domonique and I spoke on a Sunday, and within a couple of hours she and her Team were at my home accessing the situation. She realized my home was empty and had many positive upgrades, but it needed to be staged to quickly attract buyers, and show off specific portions of the house. Within 72 hours she and her Team staged my home, then took professional photos that in the end looked better than when I lived in it😊, then the following day was in the MLS on all the major sites, and by the weekend finally had agents & buyers touring my home. The following week she had a broker showing and that weekend I had an offer, and Domonique recommended we not take the offer due to the amount of calls/traffic she was getting on the house. This paid off, we had an offer later in the week, and Domonique negotiated that offer back to full asking price. We were to close in 30 days, but through her diligence and constantly moving things along we closed in 24 days. In addition to, she stayed in constant contact with the company that I had a contingency with, and was able to keep my home I am now building. I researched many realtors in Camarillo, and Ventura county and narrowed it down to the Top Sellers… I am so thankful that I made the correct decision to call Domonique Rodriguez when I did, she is truly Professional, Knowledgeable, and a Dedicated Realtor that I highly recommend and would go with again.
