I had an exceptional, top-notch experience working with Brandon and Matthew during the sale of my home. They are true professionals who put their client’s interest above everything else. I highly, highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell/buy their home! Selling my home while deployed and out of the area seemed like a stressful nightmare, however it was quite the opposite! Brandon and Matthew went above and beyond to maintain communication and keep me in the loop. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail resulted in my house closing escrow (over asking price) in just 28 days!

During escrow, the escrow company was having trouble reaching the local courthouse in order to gather some key documents needed for the successful close of escrow. Once Brandon and Matthew found out about this, they both drove over to the courthouse that same day and were able to receive the documents, preventing any delays. Truly amazing! Additionally, they arrived to the property an hour early before every showing to tidy-up and stage my home. This speaks volumes on their level of dedication to their clients.
