We recently purchase a home with Melissa as our agent. We began looking for the "perfect" second home in Oxnard about three years. During that period, Melissa was very patient and helpful. We looked at over 30 homes. Melissa was always positive and never attempted to get us to select a home that was below our admittedly high criteria.

More importantly, she "listened" to us and only presented homes that fit our criteria. I can't emphasize how unusual it is for an agent to "listen." In addition, the "Melissa scale" (a 1 to 10 rating of the home based on our criteria) was spot-on. It got to the point that I so trusted her rating that I didn't bother look at the home unless she gave it an 8 point or higher rating.

Once we entered escrow, Melissa hit an ever "higher" gear. Her attention to detail regarding the contract was amazing. For example, she thoroughly explained the various seller's disclosures in a Zoom call. I have never experienced an agent focused that extensively on the small, but important, details. Simply put, I recommend Melissa and would unquestionably use her again.
