I am really pleased with the responsiveness of Aaron (who takes care of the units here to make sure everything is shipshape!). He is very handy and if for any reason he is not the right man for the job ( as in it is not the responsibility of management) he knows who to refer you to. You are not left hanging. The staff on site are courteous and usually very responsive. I have an issue with upper management. The manager who handles rent increases. I moved here to have a stable rent. I am vision impaired and partially blind. My income will never change except for social security increases once a year which are usually eaten up by Medicare health Insurance premiums, secondary coverage and prescription coverage. I received a $74 rent increase after 7 months and was told it may be raised again in May 2025. I have made a budget and now I must reassess my income to expense ratio. I do not have a pension to supplement my income . It would be helpful if you could give senior residents more than a 30 day notice that rent will be raised. I thought I was moving in to affordable housing and expected increases concurrent with Social Security increases. My rent was raised 6% after only 7 months. Could you please explain why and when my rent will increase in the future. I know I signed a lease. I asked for it in large print was told it doesn’t exist. I really love living here and don’t want to move but any large increase means less living essentials.

I really enjoy living here because it's always so peaceful and quiet. I can own a pet dog here and enjoy the great company of that dog - as soon as I can save up the cleaning security deposit. Yes, I'm very grateful that I can live here at this very nice apartment complex and have a "pet" to keep me in the very best of company. Also, I'm so very glad that I can have packages delivered right to my front door. The gym and swimming pool are really cool. It's so very convenient to live here, as my US postal mail box is within reach. Most of all I really love the scenery here and peace and quiet. The management working here are very nice and easy to work with.

The Vintage is a " new build " with all the delays and unavoidable problems that brings to the table.That said the new staff was patient, courteous and addressed our concerns professionally and in a timely fashion Bravo Vintage well done getting it open It doesn't hurt that the grounds and buildings are beautiful

The maintenance did not turn up on the scheduled day. The manager Jocelyn did not inform me, that he had not turned up for work. The next day the appointment was between 11am- 12pm. The maintenance was not there even after 12pm. I had to make a call which .no one picked up and tell them locking your place is a serious matter. He has not done a very good job. However it somehow locked and unlocked. It was an unpleasant experience. The manager leaves the burden on the tenant for which she is responsible. There seems to be some security issues of elements breaking in and making loud noises day and night around residents apts.

There has been employee turnover which has been disrupted. Sheila is doing a wonderful job and I don’t want to lose her. The only person in the front office that cares and treats you with dignity.
