I just moved in last February, and so far, I'm pretty happy. Management is great, maintenance is wonderful. I love that they seem to go out of their way to do nice things for the residents. My only issue is that guest parking is pretty much non-existent. And I LOVE that my dog is welcome here! Good job!

Yes. Shawn Douglas & Liz Mosqueda, in conjunction with Hud worker Leda Martinez; made this move a very positive experience. There was an extreme amount of paperwork required and the coordination of it, was brilliantly done by Shawn Douglas. I submitted request to have repairs completed before November 1st Inspection from Housing Authority. I provided request in a timely manner anticipating Inspection date and all repairs were made timely.

I remain concerned with refrigerator. Dissappointed no follow up concerning rotten wood top of stairs leading to apartment. This is an eye sore. The blinds in the master bedroom need follow up.
